Tatry Strategy Group Terms of Cooperation

Welcome to the Tatry Strategy Group website. We are a company from Zakopane, operating at 14 Krupówki St since May 2017. This document is a simple set of rules we follow in relationships with our clients. You won't find difficult words here, as we bet on specifics instead of theory. If you use this site, you accept these conditions. Our service is consulting for startups that want to grow and are looking for capital. We are not a fund or a bank, but we know the way to the business summit. To work with us, you must be at least 18 years old and run a real business. Numbers don't lie, so we require honesty in the data you provide. Everything you read here is meant to help you understand how we operate and what you can expect from us in daily cooperation.

Cooperation with us takes place within the framework of specific projects. We offer a Discovery Workshop for 4,850 PLN, where we check your growth barriers. The next step is an Investment Sprint for 12,400 PLN – here we build a financial model and prepare you for talks with VCs. We also have a constant scaling partnership for 8,900 PLN a month. Prices are fixed and clear because we don't like hidden costs. We don't do fluff, only deliver hard data. In 2024, we already helped raise 47 million PLN for our clients. Every project starts with setting the scope of work. We don't start work without a signed contract or a paid invoice. If you order an analysis from us, we verify facts in 48 hours. That's our pace that we stick to so you don't waste time wandering.

When you send us your financial reports or Pitch Deck, you must have the rights to them. We do not analyze documents that are stolen or false. If you give us incorrect numbers, our analysis will also be incorrect. Remember that final business decisions are made by you as the company owner. We provide the map and gear, but you are the one going to the summit. We take no responsibility for an investor refusing financing for reasons beyond our control. We protect your privacy – in our 14-person team, access to your figures is limited only to those working on them. If support doesn't respond within 2 hours and 15 minutes, let us know, but usually we manage in that time without a problem. Your data is safe with us, as we know trust is the basis of business.

All content on this site, our reports on German or American markets, and calculators are our property. You can use them for your own purposes, but copying and selling them further is not allowed. We have developed this over 7 years on the market and 114 closed projects. If we notice someone trying to cheat our system or spamming our forms, we will block access without warning. We respect your time, so you respect our work. We go straight to the summit and want to take only serious partners there. If you have doubts about how you can use our materials, write to biuro@tatry-strategy.pl. It's always better to ask than to explain matters in court in Zakopane later. We play fair and expect the same from every startup that contacts us.

The world changes, regulations do too, so sometimes we must update these terms. The new version comes into effect upon publication on this site. We do not send separate notifications for minor changes because we prefer to spend that time on your financial reports.
